Every Wednesday, I bring the same specialized care I offer in New Orleans to the Central and Baton Rouge area: myofascial and structural bodywork for chronic pain, prenatal and postpartum massage from a doula of 12 years, and certified lymphatic drainage for recovery after surgery. Each session is built around your body and what it's been carrying.

Can you come to my home in the Baton Rouge area?
In-home concierge sessions are New Orleans only. In Greenwell Springs, all sessions are in-studio on Wednesdays.
Which packages can I book here?
All of them, except concierge and postpartum doula care. That includes single sessions, the four-session bundles for therapeutic and post-surgical massage, and the 7-week Bodywork & Movement Package. In that package, your bodywork sessions happen at the studio and your movement sessions are held live online.
What's your cancellation and refund policy?
All sessions and packages are paid in advance, and all sales are final. There are no refunds, so please be sure before you purchase. If you need to reschedule, give at least 48 hours' notice. In case of illness or emergency, we'll reschedule within two weeks.
